Core Gameplay
The city systems that shape everyday life in Mafia HQ Mobile.
Commit Crimes
Crimes are tiered and level-gated. Each attempt uses energy and triggers per-crime and global cooldowns. Success is calculated from your level, equipment, and location.
Mafia HQ is a strategy-first mobile mafia MMO where crimes have pacing: you spend energy, trigger per-crime cooldowns, and also hit a global cooldown. That means the best players plan a route instead of spamming a single button.
Success chance is calculated from your level, equipment stats, and your current location. Risk and reward scale as you unlock higher tiers.
- 4 crime tiers unlocked by level
- Energy + per-crime cooldown + global cooldown
- Heat & consequences on failure (health damage and increased arrest pressure)
- Location matters via district and neighborhood multipliers
Control Districts
The city spans 35 districts with neighborhoods. Location changes risk and profit multipliers, and travel is real-time with checkpoint encounters influenced by heat and disguises.
The Mafia HQ world is built around 35 districts and their neighborhoods. Every district has its own profile: risk, profit, police pressure, and unlock level.
Travel is real-time and can trigger checkpoint encounters. Heat increases checkpoint pressure, and disguises reduce severity. Choosing where to operate is one of the biggest strategic decisions in this mobile mafia MMO.
- 35 districts with unlock levels
- Neighborhood depth with micro-modifiers
- Real-time travel with checkpoint risk
- Risk/profit multipliers tied to location
High-Stakes Casino
Play 12 casino games. Heat and reputation are tracked per neighborhood: heat raises the house edge, and reputation unlocks higher limits and perks.
The casino is a full system, not a side feature. Mafia HQ offers 12 casino games with neighborhood-based heat and reputation.
Heat increases the house edge in that neighborhood over time. Reputation unlocks better limits and perks, so high-level play becomes a balancing act between volatility and long-term value. Key outcomes are powered by deterministic seeded RNG for forensic replay.
- 12 games: blackjack, roulette, slots, coin flip, baccarat, craps, high-low, lucky dice, red dog, texas hold’em, three card draw, dragon tiger
- Heat per neighborhood (odds get worse as heat rises)
- Reputation per neighborhood (limits and perks improve)
- Deterministic RNG for audit and fairness tooling
Vehicles & Ram Raids
Steal vehicles and manage a garage. Repair, respray paint, tune parts, and run timed upgrades. Use garage vehicles for ram raids to win loot you can sell or fence.
Vehicles are a core progression layer in Mafia HQ. You steal cars, store them in your garage, and keep them running through repairs, resprays, tuning parts, and timed upgrades.
Ram raids turn your garage into profit: pick a target, pick a vehicle, and push your luck for loot. Loot can be sold directly or fenced through pawn shops as part of the connected economy.
- Vehicle theft and garage storage
- Repairs and condition/wear management
- Tuning parts + timed upgrade jobs
- Ram raids → loot → sell or fence (pawn shops)
Crime Families
Create or join a family with roles, permissions, and chat. Train together and fight over neighborhood territory using influence, income bonuses, and defensive advantages.
Families are Mafia HQ’s multiplayer backbone. Create or join a crew with roles, permissions, and chat, then build power through coordinated play.
Territory control happens at the neighborhood level through fights and influence. Controlled areas provide income bonuses and defensive advantages, and every contest creates real strategic pressure in the persistent world.
- Roles & permissions for organized leadership
- Family training to improve fighting strength
- Neighborhood territory fights and influence
- Bonuses that reward coordinated activity
Deep Progression
Earn XP across systems to unlock new districts, crime tiers, and tools. Long-term progression includes upgrades, timers, reputation systems, and strategic resource management.
Mafia HQ is built for long-term progression. You gain XP across multiple systems and unlock new districts, crime tiers, and deeper tools as you level.
Progress is not only about raw level: upgrade timers, reputation systems, economy decisions, and location choices all compound. This is what makes Mafia HQ a strategic mobile mafia MMO instead of a simple clicker.
- XP from multiple systems
- Unlocks: districts, tiers, and features
- Timers that reward planning (garage upgrades, jobs, cycles)
- Strategic resource management across a connected economy
Deeper Than You Think
Every system connects, which is why even small decisions can shape the rest of your run.
Dynamic Risk System
Success chance is calculated from your level, equipment, and location multipliers. Heat adds pressure, and cooldowns force pacing. Smart players plan for consistency, not luck.
Real Consequences
Failing can deal health damage and increase heat. If heat climbs too high, you can be arrested (during crimes or travel checkpoints) and sent to jail. Every mistake costs time and momentum.
Living Economy
Money flows through multiple systems: crimes, bank choices, vehicles, ram raid loot, gear, and long-term progression. Decide what to keep on hand, what to bank, and how to reinvest for growth.
Persistent World
The city is persistent. Timers resolve, systems tick forward, and long-term progression keeps building. Come back, collect results, and plan the next move.
Game Depth at a Glance
How Mafia HQ compares to more typical mobile mafia and strategy games.
A City That Breathes
35 districts. Neighborhoods inside each. One underworld to learn and master.
Each district has its own profile — risk, profit, police pressure, and unlock level. Within districts, neighborhoods add micro-modifiers that can shift outcomes in subtle but meaningful ways.
Learning when to move, when to stay, and how to route travel is part of the strategy. Travel takes real time and can trigger checkpoint encounters along the way.
Vehicles & Criminal Economy
Steal, tune, and use vehicles for ram raids across the city.
Vehicles are a core progression layer. Steal cars, store them in your garage, and improve them with tuning and timed upgrades.
Ram raids use your garage vehicles as the tool for the job: pick a target, pick a ride, and push your luck for loot. Vehicles wear down and need repairs over time.
The Casino
A major city activity with neighborhood pressure and long-term table choices.
The casino offers 12 different games, each with its own rules and decisions. It is not a separate minigame — it is integrated into the wider economy.
Casino heat and reputation are tracked per neighborhood. Heat increases the house edge over time, while reputation unlocks better limits and perks. Skilled players rotate neighborhoods and manage volatility.
Crime Families
Alone you survive. Together you dominate.
Create or join a family and build an organization around roles, chat, shared plans, and a growing reputation inside the city.
The social side of Mafia HQ matters because the world feels stronger when your choices connect to other players, not only your own account screen.
"In this city, loyalty is the only currency that never loses value."
Inside the Game
A glimpse of what awaits you on the streets.
Crimes are paced on purpose in Mafia HQ. Each attempt uses energy, triggers a per-crime cooldown, and also hits a global cooldown. The result is a strategy loop where timing and route planning matter.
Success chance is calculated from your level, equipment stats, and your current district/neighborhood multipliers. Higher tiers unlock higher rewards, but failures raise pressure through heat and consequences.
- Energy + per-crime cooldown + global cooldown
- Tier unlocks by level
- Calculated odds based on level, gear, and location
- Heat pressure increases risk of being caught over time
Location is a mechanic in Mafia HQ. The city is built around 35 districts with neighborhoods, each affecting risk, profit, and police pressure.
Travel is real-time and can trigger checkpoint encounters. Heat increases checkpoint pressure, and disguises reduce severity.
- 35 districts with unlock levels and multipliers
- Neighborhood micro-modifiers for deeper strategy
- Real-time travel with checkpoint risk
The casino is a full system in Mafia HQ, not a separate minigame. You can play 12 games, and both heat and reputation are tracked per neighborhood.
Heat increases the house edge in that neighborhood over time. Reputation unlocks better limits and perks, making casino play a long-term strategic loop rather than a one-off gamble.
- 12 games across cards, dice, and wheel
- Heat per neighborhood changes expected value
- Reputation unlocks better limits and perks
- Deterministic RNG supports forensic review
The garage is a long-term progression layer. You steal vehicles, store them in your garage, and keep them operational through repairs. You can respray paint, install tuning parts, and run timed upgrade jobs.
These timers and maintenance systems are what turn vehicles into assets: you build, improve, and manage a fleet that supports higher-impact activities like ram raids.
- Vehicle theft + garage storage
- Repairs and condition management
- Spray jobs and tuning installations
- Upgrade timers that reward planning
Families are Mafia HQ’s multiplayer power layer. They support roles and permissions, coordination through chat, and progression through training.
Territory control happens at the neighborhood level through influence-driven fights. Controlled areas provide bonuses that reward organized play and create real competitive pressure.
- Roles & permissions for structured leadership
- Training that improves fighting strength
- Territory fights driven by influence
- Bonuses that reward teamwork
Ram raids are vehicle-driven hits on local businesses. You select a business target (level/district gated) and choose a garage vehicle. The system enforces both per-business cooldowns and a global activity cooldown.
On success you steal cash and may obtain loot items. Loot can be fenced for better pricing, and charisma can improve the fence percentage. Raids also generate heat (player, district, and neighborhood) and apply wear and damage to vehicles.
- Target requirements by level and district
- Cooldowns: per business + global activity cooldown
- Rewards: cash stolen + loot chance
- Fence loot with charisma bonus affecting price
