See how Mafia HQ actually plays: cooldown-driven crimes, district travel, disguises, headquarters management, mobsters, research, garage progression, prison pressure, and social city systems.
Crimes in Mafia HQ are designed for strategy and pacing. Each attempt uses energy, triggers a per-crime cooldown, and also hits a global cooldown. That structure rewards planning over spam.
Success chance is calculated from your level, equipment, and current location multipliers. Higher tiers increase payout, but failure raises heat and can create real setbacks.
- Tiered crimes with level unlocks
- Cooldowns that enforce pacing and route choices
- Calculated odds based on player stats and location
- Heat pressure that increases risk over time
Mafia HQ is built around 35 districts and their neighborhoods. Districts define risk, profit, police pressure, and unlock level. Neighborhoods add extra micro-modifiers.
Travel is real-time and can trigger checkpoint encounters. Heat increases checkpoint pressure, while disguises reduce severity. This turns movement into strategy.
- 35 districts with unlock levels and multipliers
- Neighborhood depth with micro-modifiers
- Real-time travel with checkpoint risk
- Heat + disguises impact how safe travel is
The Mafia HQ casino is integrated into the economy. It offers 12 games and tracks both heat and reputation per neighborhood.
Heat raises the house edge in that neighborhood over time, while reputation unlocks better limits and perks. The result is a strategic loop: choose your neighborhood, manage risk, and rotate when heat climbs.
- 12 casino games across cards, dice, and wheel
- Heat per neighborhood changes odds over time
- Reputation per neighborhood unlocks better play
- Deterministic RNG supports forensic review
The garage is not cosmetic. You steal vehicles, store them, and keep them operational through repairs. You can respray paint, install tuning parts, and run timed upgrade jobs.
Because upgrades and repairs run on timers (and require collection), the garage becomes a real planning system: maintain condition, build stats, and prepare vehicles for high-impact activities.
- Vehicle theft + garage storage
- Repairs to manage wear and damage
- Spray jobs and tuning installations
- Timed upgrades with collect/ready states
Ram raids turn your garage into profit. Choose a target business, choose one of your garage vehicles, and attempt the hit. Targets are gated by level and district, and businesses have cooldowns.
On success you steal cash and may obtain loot items. Loot can be fenced, and charisma improves the fence percentage. Raids also generate heat and apply wear/damage, keeping the loop strategic instead of free money.
- Target selection (level/district gated)
- Cooldowns: per business + global activity cooldown
- Rewards: cash + loot
- Fence pricing influenced by charisma
Families are the multiplayer power layer of Mafia HQ. They support roles, permissions, and coordination via chat. Families can train together and contest neighborhood territory.
Territory creates pressure and incentives through income bonuses and defensive advantages, making the world feel alive and competitive.
- Roles & permissions for organized play
- Training to improve fighting strength
- Territory fights driven by influence
- Bonuses that reward teamwork
